KEY CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICATION AGREED ON APPEAL FOR THE BALANCE OF THE SITE •



The design and layout of the development as a consequence of the adjoining Coach Depot with a requirement for noise mitigation measures. This includes the building of a 1.8 metre wide footway to one side of each road and for turning spaces at the end of each leg of carriageway sufficient for refuse vehicles to turn.
