RESOLUTION 2018-010 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT C17-22 City Hall Roof Replacement WHEREAS, work under this contract has been completed satisfactorily and in conformance with the requirements of the contract; and WHEREAS, This project replaced four small roofs that were beyond their useful lives, and repaired several others; and WHEREAS, the city engineer, comptroller, and attorney recommend final payment to the contractor. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Beloit City Council that Nieman Central Wisconsin Roofing Co. Inc. be paid $1,560.00 as the final payment for Public Works Contract C17-22, City Hall Roof Replacement as recommended by the City Engineer. Dated at Beloit, Wisconsin, this 16th day of January 2018.
