RESOLUTION NO. 17 PROSECUTOR'S DEPARTMENT
INTERNAL BUDGET ADJUSTMENT AUTHORIZATION
WHEREAS, Idaho Code 31-1605 and 31-4603 provide that in the event of any unforeseen contingency arising the BOCC has the right to make an appropriation from the statutory reserves to the office, department, service, agency or institution in which said
contingency arises, in such amount as shall be determined by resolution of said Board, and;
WHEREAS, the Civil Litigation fund is in need of recapitalizing in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to reduce the Justice Funds 341980-7860
(Miscellaneous Expenses) and put the reduced amounts in Civil Litigation account Number 03471-7190 (Miscellaneous Litigation Expenses) in an amount of $50,000.00. ADOPTED as a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Bonner County, Idaho on the twenty first day of February, 2017. BOARD OF BONNER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
