RETAIL PRICE LIST EFFECTIVE: March 1, 2013

Rettig USA, Inc (DBA Myson Inc) Terms of Sale Rettig USA, Inc. sells exclusively through pre-qualified distributors / dealers in good standing. Rettig USA, Inc. provides credit based upon a completed credit application, reference and credit checks and payment history to Rettig USA, Inc. Pricing listed in this book are in US Dollars and do not include any shipping, taxes or duty. The price payable by you is the price indicated on the Order Acknowledgement email or fax we send back to you. The Order Acknowledgement will include any applicable shipping fees, taxes or duty which applies to your order. Payment Terms: 1% 10th prox, net 30 days. To receive discount all invoices from the previous month dated through the 25th must be paid by the 10th of the following month. Full balance is due by the 30th of the month. Finance charge on accounts past 30 days = 1-1/2 % per month (18% per annum). Accounts sent to third party collections will incur additional charges for collection fees. Rettig USA, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing without notice. Rettig USA, Inc. will not make substitutions or modifications to purchase orders without written approval from customers. Cancellation and/or return of products will be processed by our “Return Goods Guideline” (see Table of Contents). Shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt of products by customer or customer’s representative- No Exceptions. Damage claims will be processed by our “Shipping Damage Guideline” (see Table of Contents). Rettig USA, Inc. reserves the right to make specification changes without notice. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, that extend beyond the warranty descriptions listed by product group in this price book, product literature or website posting. In no event will Rettig USA, Inc be liable for labor or consequential damages. Myson has unilaterally adopted an Internet Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (see Table of Contents).

How to Order a Myson Towel Warmer — Models with an “S” next to their price are “In-stock” and are available for next day shipment. All other models are European Special Order “ESO” and require additional lead time for delivery. — “ESO” towel warmers are made to order and cannot be returned for credit once it is received by customer. If order is cancelled after production begins (3 days from date of PO) a 25% cancellation fee will be incurred. — Please either fax your order to 1-802-654-7022 or email it to [email protected]. — Be sure that you have the proper model #, towel warmer finish, and corresponding pricing on your Purchase Order. Always check current pricing which is available on our website at MysonComfort.com before quoting your customer. — Make certain that the appropriate contact person at your company and his/her telephone, fax #, and/or email address are listed on the Purchase Order. This information will be helpful in cases of incorrect pricing, clarification of items on the order, and to make certain that the order acknowledgements get to the correct person. — If the Purchase Order is being shipped to a business address please make sure that the name of the business and not just the name of the Individual it is going to is provided to us. — The shipping address must be clear and correct on the Purchase Order. — Consignee telephone # must be provided for residential drop ships and for ANY truck shipments. — Note how you would like us to handle backorder issues should they arise. Would you prefer that we ship and backorder, or hold the order to ship complete when all items are in stock? — We Ship via FedEx Ground or a Trucking Company of our choice. For smaller packages, you may request FedEx 2-day, FedEx Standard Overnight, or FedEx Priority Overnight at additional cost. Should you wish to use your own carrier through a Third Party Consignee Billing Account, this must be indicated on your Purchase Order, and your Account # with said carrier needs to be provided to us. Electric Model Towel Warmers — European, Contemporary and Classic Towel Warmers all come with the Tube Wire Kit on the lower right side. — Gem Series Towel Warmers all come with a white coiled cord and plug. Hard wire kits available as an option for all models except the FPRL08. — Please refer to product literature for overall dimensions of towel warmer. — Note that all of our Electric Towel Warmer models are shipped with mounting hardware & fixing screws. Hydronic Model Towel Warmers — All Hydronic Towel Warmers require Valves and Sleeve Kits to be purchased as a separate line item. — Note that all of our Hydronic Towel Warmer Models are shipped with mounting hardware, fixing screws and vent key. — Please refer to product literature for overall dimensions of towel warmer. IMPORTANT INFORMATION for HYDRONIC TOWEL WARMER INSTALLATIONS — Brass constructed towel warmers may be used in an OPEN (i.e. Domestic Hot Water) System in all states except California and Vermont. Myson brass constructed hydronic Towel Warmers DO NOT MEET the applicable standards for lead content in CA & VT and therefore they may not be installed on potable water systems in either state. Aggressive water may affect brass towel warmers adversely and it is recommended that if this condition occurs that a stainless steel or electric towel warmer be used. — Stainless steel constructed towel warmers may be used in an OPEN (i.e. Domestic Hot Water) System in all states. — Steel constructed towel warmers MUST BE USED on a CLOSED SYSTEM. 4

How to Order a Myson Radiator — Radiators titled as “In-Stock” are available for next day shipment. All other models are European Special Order “ESO” and require additional lead time for delivery. — All of our radiator models are fitted with ½” BSP (British Standard) connections. We recommend that you use our radiator valves with all of our radiators. Myson radiator valves are the perfect adapters from BSP to ½” copper compression or NPT. Two (2) valves per radiator, selection dependent on application. — All of our radiators are shipped with standard brackets and plug & vent kits. “EZ Brackets” for conventional wall framing can be purchased separately for the Select 21 & 22 models. — All of our radiators are RAL 9016 White. Custom colors are available as a special order for the Decor, Column and Bench radiators. — Please either fax your order to 1-802-654-7022 or email it to [email protected] — Be sure that you have the proper radiator model # and corresponding pricing on your Purchase Order. Always check current pricing which is available on our website at MysonComfort.com before quoting your customer. — Make certain that the appropriate contact person at your company and his/her telephone, fax #, and/or email address are listed on the Purchase Order. This information will be helpful in cases of incorrect pricing, clarification of items on the order, and to make certain that the order acknowledgements get to the correct person. — If the Purchase Order is being shipped to a business address please make sure that the name of the business and not just the name of the individual it is going to is provided to us. — The shipping address must be clear and correct on the Purchase Order. — Consignee telephone # must be provided for residential drop ships and for ANY truck shipments. — Note how you would like us to handle backorder issues should they arise. Myson, Inc. Limited Warranty Myson, Inc warrants the following products against defects in material and workmanship to the original owner for the duration listed from date of installation or three months after date of shipment, whichever comes first. The remedy in all cases shall be to repair or replace the product at Myson’s discretion upon verification of a factory defect. If replacement is required and an exact replacement product is no longer available, Myson reserves the right to furnish a similar product of equal value. NO REMOVAL, SHIPPING OR INSTALLATION EXPENSES ARE REIMBURSIBLE The original purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of the Myson product for their installation. Installation and troubleshooting should be performed by a competent technician with knowledge of hydronic heating and/or basic electricity. What is covered: • Plated or painted finishes will not crack, peel or flake from the surface of the rails • Brazed or welded connections and the tubing will be free of leaks when installed according to Myson’s instructions. • Heating elements and element seals will be replaced during the warranty period at the Myson Service Center in Vermont. It is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the towel warmer to the service center. What is not covered: • Damage to the finish from aerosol propellants, use of abrasive cleaners or pads, or use of chlorine based cleaners. • Damage due to misapplication of product, oxygen corrosion to steel towel warmers, adverse effects of water quality or additives placed in the system. • Any malfunction, defect or failure caused by or resulting from unauthorized service or parts. • Any labor allowance for removal or installation of towel warmer. • Any allowance for repair of structure, walls or flooring for removal or installation of towel warmer. • Any shipping costs to return product.

Replacement parts purchased after the warranty period are warranted for 120 days when properly installed. The following components are field replaceable: Motor/ Fan Assemblies, Switches, Low Temperature Cut-outs, Thermisters, Control Boards, Valves, Connector Hoses, Heat Exchanger Elements and Grilles. Myson will not accept complete units for warranty replacement without prior authorization from Myson Technical Support. Any labor allowance for removal or reinstallation of fan convector is not covered under this warranty.

STEEL PANEL RADIATORS SELECT, T6, DÉCOR, COLUMN and BENCH, STAINLESS STEEL, WOOD and STONE The duration of warranty for steel panel radiators is 5 Years. What is covered: • Painted finishes will not peel or flake from the surface of the radiator. • The body of the radiator and its welded joints will not leak when the product is properly installed and maintained according to Myson’s instructions. What is not covered: • Rust occurring from improperly sealed threaded connections or oxygen corrosion. • Electrolytic corrosion caused by failure to flush the system properly after initial installation. • Any labor allowance for removal or reinstallation of radiator is not covered under this warranty.

Shipping Damage Guidelines We take great pride in the products we sell at Myson and we go the extra mile to make sure that your products arrive at your location damage free. Each order is packed carefully by our expert warehouse team and we inspect each package prior to shipping to ensure protection of your order. Additionally, as added protection we insure each of our orders against loss or damage with the carrier we use to send out your order. However, because things can still occasionally go wrong after your order leaves our warehouse, we ask that you inspect your packages as soon as you receive them so that if damage did occur during shipping a claim may be made in a timely and expedient fashion and replacements/returns can be facilitated quickly. Please adhere to the following guidelines if your order appears to be damaged.

Delivery Inspection IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT FOR FREIGHT DAMAGE BEFORE YOU SIGN A DELIVERY RECEIPT!

Refusal Please inspect your delivery for signs of visible damage before signing any acceptance documents. After inspecting your order, should your order appear damaged upon delivery, please refuse the damaged item. If you sign for your order and it has visible damage we will not be able to accept your return. We understand that the customer placing the order may not be available on the day of delivery, but please note, any signature given to any carrier without noting any damages to any item after it is delivered and signed for waives our right to file a damaged claim with that carrier. Delivery refusals for reasons other than freight damage will subject the customer to restocking fees and all freight charges. Customers who delay delivery for motor freight items will be subjected to daily storage fees by the freight company.

Concealed Damages If orders are received with concealed damages, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Please submit pictures of the damaged product and pictures showing the inner and outer packaging. A damage claim needs to be filed with the carrier within 10 days after the delivery is made. We will not be held responsible for damages reported after 10 days of receiving the order.

Missing Items When inspecting your order, please make sure all of the items from your order are received before signing for the delivery. If any items are missing please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can review the order and track shipment.

Rettig USA, Inc (DBA Myson, Inc) Return Goods Authorization Guidelines While Rettig USA, Inc strives to deliver to our customers quality products, there are occasions when it may be necessary to return products to us for both warranty and non-warranty reasons. Please review the following guidelines in order to ensure a timely transaction and a satisfied outcome. All products returned to Rettig USA, Inc. require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Product(s) returned without an RGA number will be refused. Receiving an RGA number does not imply acceptance and/or payment of credit; it is only permission to return product to Rettig USA, Inc. for evaluation and determination of warranty and non-warranty status, and determination of credit.

Obtaining an RMA Number 1. Complete a “Return Goods Request” online at MysonComfort.com. Form can be found on the site on the “Product Support” page. 2. Once the form is submitted all information will be reviewed and verified and you will receive an email confirming receipt of request and next steps in return process. 3. If product is to be returned, or credit issued you will receive an RMA via email with your next steps. 4. If there are technical difficulties with submission of form or further instructions are required please send an email to [email protected].

Shipping to Us 1. All RMA’s shipments must be received in Colchester VT within 45 days of issuance or the RMA is void. 2. All RMA shipments to us require that you write the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number on the outside of the carton. RMA shipments delivered to us without the RMA Number visible on the outside of the box and cannot be identified as an authorized return will be refused by our shipping department. 3. If you are sending product back in original packaging be sure to ensure that all necessary blocking and/or foam and bubble wrap is secure so no shipping damage will occur. If you cannot package properly we recommend that you take your product to a professional packaging company to ensure proper packaging. Foam “peanuts” are not effective in keeping the product secure in the carton. 4. As the return shipper you are responsible for all shipping costs back to us and for insuring the product for your replacement cost. Rettig USA, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs in shipping back to us. 5. Upon receipt of your shipment to us we will inspect carton for any external shipping damage and document this damage with photographs and on the shipper’s documentation. Rettig USA, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returns that have external shipping damage and/or have been packaged and shipped improperly. 6. Upon receipt of your shipment to us and lack of any external damage, we will open your shipment and inspect inside the carton for proper internal packaging of product. If it is determined that product is packaged improperly and damage may have occurred we will photograph packaging and notify you immediately of the issue. Rettig USA, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage to product that occurs in shipping back to us. 7. Rettig USA, Inc. is not responsible for any product that is damaged in shipment on its return to us and no credit will be issued if damage occurs. 8. Returned Products WARRANTY ITEMS 1. Any product sent back to Rettig USA, Inc. as a warranty item must have a copy of purchase invoice indicating date of purchase and who the item was purchased from. 2. Rettig USA, Inc. will examine and test all warranty related items within 15 days of receipt of products. 3. If product is determined to be faulty and meets warranty guidelines Rettig USA, Inc. will send a replacement unit of similar or like style and finish. Replacement product may not be the same dimensions or connection location. 4. Rettig USA, Inc. will ship product back at no charge to the point of destination from which product was shipped from to Rettig USA, Inc. (Myson), in recognition of the global reach of Internet advertising, and in order to provide fairness among Myson wholesale distributors and dealers, and to preserve the premium branding and pricing with our products, has unilaterally adopted this policy to all Myson direct customers (herein referred to as “resellers”): 1. Each Myson reseller is free to determine for itself the prices at which it will sell Myson products. However, Myson will take certain actions listed below in the event that a reseller: A. Advertises or otherwise promotes Myson branded products using the Internet at a net price more than 25% below the suggested published list prices established by Myson from time to time. B. Sells Myson branded products to any other person or entity which advertises or promotes Myson products using the Internet at a net price more than 25% below the suggested published list prices established by Myson from time to time. 2. As used in this Policy, the advertised price means the net price after adjusting for all allowances, discounts, coupons, promotions, free merchandise, etc., but does not include sales tax, shipping or handling charges. 3. In the event that this Policy is violated by reseller, Myson will issue a one-time written warning of violation to the reseller, and Myson reserves the right to cease taking orders or doing business with reseller if violation is repeated. 4. Each Myson reseller is free to decide independently whether or not to follow this policy. Myson does not ask for, nor will it accept any assurance of compliance or agreement from a reseller regarding this Policy nor will Myson discuss any conditions on acceptance related to this Policy. 5.
