Participant Activity:

The participant will be given a jacket and a "Sales Presentation Fact Sheet." The participant will complete the fact sheet and prepare a short presentation that covers the basic steps of a sale. The participant will have 30 minutes to prepare for the presentation. The participant will be evaluated on his/her knowledge of the sales process. The evaluator will discuss each step listed on the fact sheet to determine the participant's understanding of the sales process.
