请问换货的原因是什么？尺码不对还是颜色不喜欢？ qǐngwèn huàn huò de yuányīn shì shénme？ chǐmǎ bù duì háishì yánsè bù xǐhuan？ Can I ask what your reason for exchanging it is? Is it the wrong size or do you not like the colour?
A:
尺寸不对，我要换大一号，颜色不变。 chǐcun bù duì， wǒ yào huàn dà yīhào， yánsè bùbiàn。 It's the wrong size. I want to change it for one size larger, but the same colour.
