Revised RLH & RLIS Cascadia Soapery Guest Room Amenities Program Summary: Effective immediately, Cascadia Soapery products from HD supply will replace the previously used EcoFresh/EcoPure products at all RLH & RLIS properties. Objective: Last month we sent out the introduction of the new Cascadia Soapery Standard Operation Procedure. There is an important revision to be made to that document. Disregard the existing placement standards and use the following photo for the new Cascadia Soapery placement standards in all guest rooms. Procedure: As you will notice, there is no tray or biodegradable card in the photo. Please omit these objects from your Cascadia Soapery amenity placement. Please place the amenities next to the sink, not the Kleenex box. Also, all amenities are on the counter not the bathtub ledge including the addition of the body wash to all guest rooms. Please see the setup of the new Cascadia product below. The Cascadia amenities need to be setup on the side where a guest can visually see the labels of the amenities from the bathroom door way.
