What Do We Need To Do? Lead by Example Ensure they understand the task or responsibility or the teaching Be spiritually aware of the gifts they reflect and Help them develop their gifts Encourage their creativity and allow them to use their gift in the service or classroom
The Learning Process • We learn through observation, trial and error. • We learn through repetition – Repeat it 7 times in 3 minutes – state it – ask it – repeat it
• Try to stay with 3 or 4 main points • Have a Question & Answer Session – Rewards are a great bonus and encourages them to listen closely
What Do You Need? • A Heart of Passion to share about the love of God and His Son Jesus • A Heart that … “Worships God in Spirit and in Truth” (John 4:24) • A Heart of Prayer • A Desire to Teach / Work with Children • A Joyful Heart & A Big Smile • Excitement & a Double Dose of Energy! • A Dash of the Unexpected Playful Child
