See you in the gym!

What you think is what you do! Think positively to have a tight mind.

Dear RSG Family, We are all excited to start showing off some of the big plans we have been working on for our Twinklers, Shining Stars, Superstars, Gymstarz, Boys Gymstarz, Total Tumblers, Adult class, and RSG Team. First and most exciting is the plan for a brand new RSG facility in a year. We will be in our current facility throughout this school year as we finalize the plans for our new gym home. We will be updating you on the progress as it’s made! Also, the RSG Coaching Staff has put together a brand new curriculum for the preschool program and we have added some excellent new drills for all of our students. More Parent’s Night Out events, a mobile app for your smartphone, and much more! Thank you for being a part of our program and especially this special year!

“The RSG adult class has been huge part of my life for the last three years. I started because I saw my daughter in Shining Stars and thought "that looks like fun!" I had zero gymnastics training when I started and it has been quite the learning experience. The coaches, staff, and other gymnasts have been super supportive and welcoming. I feel like a part of the RSG family more than a participant in a class. Our "adult class" has become an "adult team." We have a wide range of skill levels but we're all excited about the progress made each week.  Michael, Erin, Chelsea, and the other coaches have done a great job of pushing me out of my comfort zone and yet I feel safe enough to try things that terrify me (at least at first). This has given me a greater appreciation for the coaching they've given my daughter as she has progressed in her training.” -Tim Adams

BIANCA & OLIVIA, IT’S SENIOR YEAR! It’s very hard to believe that this is the final year in their RSG journey as athletes. *pass the tissues please* Bianca, 17, and Olivia, 18, both began as Twinklers at Rising Star. They each hold numerous state titles from over their 14 years of competitions and have inspired so many other gymnasts along the way. They have even been dedicating time to being on the RSG Coaching staff specializing in the Preschool program and Blast Off team. They are both high achieving students and in the National Honor Society. We can’t adequately express our tremendous gratitude for their dedication to the the sport, their teammates, their coaches, RSG, and to each other. Their heart, hard work, energy, determination and unique friendship has always been extra special in the gym. We will enjoy every bit of their SENIOR YEAR with them! Good luck, girls! Let’s make it a year to remember! #OllieB
