One West End, Riverside Center's first condo building, which launched sales two months ago, has now also launched being an actual building, as construction is up to around the sixth floor (of an eventual 42) per photos fromprolific construction photographer Tectonic. The building, designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, will feature 246 condominiums with prices ranging from $1.3 million to more than $20 million, as well as a connected affordable component with a controversial poor door that the developers have rebranded a "first-class entrance experience."
