All required information must be completed before slaff will accept the application. Road names are a critical component of the county property addressing system. Mail delivery, communication s]6tems, legal documents, and emergency responders use road names for identirying properties. Unique road names are vilal to the syslem. Orvnership information can be obtained from the Assessol's office. To indhate approval of the proposed road name, the landowners must provide their signature in the space provided next to ttreir name. Property ownets who own more than one property abutting the subject road shall only have on€ vote.
