Preparation For the chicken: • Brush the chicken both sides with oil. • Season each side with Knorr Rostip and crushed black pepper. Marinate the chicken overnight. • Heat oven to 350F and roast the chicken until cooked through. For the sauce: • Heat wok over medium high heat • Sweat onions, ginger, garlic and chilies • Combine the diluted Knorr Lime Powder and Honey Rock Sugar. Add it to the sauce. Let it simmer until it turns syrupy. • Add water if sauce appears too thick. Add the cooked chicken into the pan and let it simmer with the sauce to glaze each fillet. Garnish: • To serve, slice the chicken into thick strips. Sprinkle with kaffir lime leaves. • Arrange the grilled cherry tomatoes and lime wedges around the chicken. Serve immediately.
