My Learning Activities: Goldilocks and the 3 Bears – Who lives in my house? Role play area 3 bears cottage outside: The role play area will be set up as a house for the 3 Bears – Masks/Bowls, spoons, chairs. Children act out the story of goldilocks.
Art area Cutting and sticking size pictures. Story pictures to paint/colour. Pencil control sheets.
Writing area Children will have access to the writing area at all times. Sequencing 4 pictures of the story. Writing Porridge Ingredients
ICT area Interactive 3 bears stories Espresso – Maths – Ordering objects by size. Top Marks – 3 bears going out/sorting by size.
Construction & Small World area Polydron on carpet. Small play houses – Grass table Dolls House – 3 bears and Goldilocks - Small world table.
Sand area Compare bears and coloured bowls – children sort by colour and size.
Outdoor area Balls for rolling/throwing and catching/kicking 3 Bears cottage outside with masks – Mud Kitchen Tall tough spot – Porridge mixing in large blue tray with bowls and spoons.
