ROOM RENTAL - RATE SHEET Located  in  the  quaint  neighbourhood  of  Mt  Pleasant  Village,  The  Healthy  Joint  is  the   perfect  place  to  grow  your  business  and  collaborate  with  other  friendly  and  caring   practitioners.  Shared  waiting  area,  kitchenette  and  washroom.    We  have  flexible  rental   terms,  tailored  to  meet  your  needs  –  rent  by  the  hour,  day  or  month.  

Treatment Rooms   We  have  several  comfortable  treatment  rooms  available  to  rent/share  in  our   multidisciplinary  wellness  centre.  Suitable  for  manual  therapists  or  counseling.   Practitioner-­‐tenants  must  have  current  registration/  licensing  and  professional  liability   insurance  for  their  modality.  Linen  service  and  Wifi  provided.    

Short  Term  Rates  (no  commitment)          

Hourly     Daily    (8am  –  8pm)            

$40/hr   $200/day

Long  Term  Rates  (6  months  or  longer)   We  have  two  (6  hour)  shifts  available  each  day:  8am  –  2pm  &  2pm  –  8pm.  Choose  as   many  shifts  per  week  as  meets  your  needs.

Studio Our  bright,  cheerful  21′  x  22′  studio  space  is  perfect  for  workshops,  talks  and  classes.   This  space  is  most  suitable  for  yoga  or  movement  classes  and  workshops,  bodywork   trainings  or  creative  workshops  and  talks.  Yoga  props  and  chairs  provided;  can   accommodate  10  -­‐  15  students  depending  on  mat  spacing,  or  20-­‐25  seated  for  talks.
