Preparation Kofta Rice: • • • • •
Place tossed basmati rice in a chafing dish. Melt Planta Chef Margarine in a pot, sauté the bay leaves, cumin and fennel seeds till fragrant. Sweat shallot, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Transfer and mix with basmati rice. Place the mix with the rice and stir to mix well. Covered and steam at 100°C for 45 minutes. Once the rice cook, gently coat prepared rice with Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise. Set aside.
Kofta Meat: • • • •
Mix all the ingredients, lay the meat on the aluminum foil and flatten it evenly. Place "Kofta" Rice into the flatten meat and press it evenly. Flip over on the aluminum foil and roll, until both lengths meet. Gently press to form the roll. Bake in preheat oven at 160 Celsius, for 20minutes.

Heat pan with Planta Chef Margarine, sauté shallot, garlic and ginger till fragrant. Low down the heat, add bay leaf, cumin and fennel seed. Add mix fruits. Add filtered water and continue frying for another 2 minutes. Season to taste with Knorr Chicken Stock.
