ROX Tryout Schedules 2017-2018 Season Tryouts are held each spring for girls and boys competitive soccer teams. The purpose of the tryout is to thoroughly evaluate each player in order to form teams for the following season. Player development is the focus of our program. Individual player development is maximized when the player is with a team that meets her/his level of competition and training. Birth Year

Tryout Details All players must register online prior to tryouts – www.RoxSoccer.us All players including current travel, house or outside players must attend each tryout for their respective age group. Players should arrive with cleats, shin guards, water bottle and soccer ball. Teams are selected on a competitive basis. Positions on a team are earned based on technical, tactical, physical and social ability. All players must also possess a great attitude and work ethic. Players who played on a team last year are not guaranteed a place for next season. After the teams are finalized, accepted players are notified by their coaches, and team rosters are posted on the ROX website (RoxSoccer.us) by June 5, 2017. Once accepted to a team, the registration fees for the fall season must be paid by June 25, 2017. If you are not able to attend a tryout, please contact Dave Brown at [email protected] to make other arrangements.
Coaches Wanted For New U09 Teams – Born in 2009 We are looking for a few volunteers to coach a new U09 boys or U09 girls team. Please contact Dave Brown at [email protected] if you are interested in a coaching a new team.
