The promoter of the Lucky Draw is the ATC of Royal Randwick Racecourse, Alison Road, Randwick, NSW 2031, telephone: +61 2 9663 8400. 2. The Lucky Draw is a game of chance and not skill and will be conducted randomly by computer selection in accordance with clause 12.. 3. Rules on how to enter the Lucky Draw form part of these General Terms of entry. By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting a prize, entrants agree to be bound by these General Terms. 4. Entry to the Lucky Draw will be refused or an entrant disqualified if an entrant does not comply with these General Terms. The ATC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering, or attempting to tamper with the entry process. 5. Officers, management, staff and sponsors of the ATC and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw. 6. The ATC’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Lucky Draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 7. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw an entrant must be on course at Royal Randwick Racecourse or Rosehill Gardens (as applicable) (Racecourse) on any of the following race days (each a Race Day) between 19 August 2017 and 14 October 2017: Might & Power Day, Saturday 19 August 2017; ASX Thomson Reuters Charity Race Day, Saturday 26 August 2017; Tattersalls Chelmsford Stakes Day, Saturday 2 September 2017; Run to the Rose Day, Saturday 9 September 2017; Colgate Optic White Stakes Day, Saturday 16 September 2017; De Bortoli Wines Golden Rose Day, Saturday 23 September 2017; TAB Epsom Day, Saturday 30 September 2017; Moet & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day, Saturday 7 October 2017; and the Everest, Saturday 14 October 2017. 8. To enter, entrants must visit the unique Lucky Draw webpage for that Race Day and complete the entry form and provide all required details (Website). The Website to enter will change on each Race Day. The Website for the relevant Raceday will be active from the time gates open until 30 minutes after the last race for the relevant Raceday. The Website for the Race Day will be displayed on the Racecourse television screen,

POS material at Racecourse venues and advertised on other promotional material on display at the Racecourse. Entrants must be 18 years of age or more on the day of the Race Day. The ATC may request proof of age at any time. Entrants will be permitted one entry per Race Day. If more than one entry is received from an entrant on a Race Day, only the first received valid entry will be valid. The Lucky Draw entry period for each Race Day commences when the Racecourse gates open on each Race Day and closes at 30 minutes after the last race for the day on the relevant Race Day. The winner will be the first valid entry selected from a draw containing all valid entries from all Race Days at 10.00am (AEST) on Monday 16 October 2017 (Winner). The Winner will be notified by ATC at 12.00pm on that day by phone and email to the contact details provided in their entry. The prize is a trip for two (2) to Melbourne to attend the Cox Plate on Saturday 28 October 2017 (Prize). The Prize includes: return airfares to Melbourne from Sydney for two (2) people (Friday 27 October & Sunday 29 October 2017); 2 nights’ accommodation at the Intercontinental Hotel (one double room only) (Friday 27 October & Saturday 28 October 2017); return airport and racecourse transfers for those two (2) people; two (2) individual tickets to Cox Plate Day on Saturday 28 October 2017 in the Centre Stage Marquee, which includes five course luncheon and premium beverage package, access to viewing area with track views, tote (TAB) facilities, bookmakers and televisions and Cox plate souvenir pin, race book and pen per person; and $500 spending money. The total value of the Prize is $4,588. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged or on-sold.
The Prize is subject to the following additional terms: Accommodation at the Intercontinental is for room only for two (2) people and breakfast is not included. The winner of an unclaimed Prize will be selected by random computer selection from a draw containing all remaining valid entries and will be notified by phone and email to the contact details provided with their entry. The Winner of the redraw must reply by email or SMS to claim the Prize by 5.00pm AEST on the day of the redraw. The Winner of the redraw must be able to provide evidence of their attendance at the Race Day in a form acceptable to ATC to claim the Prize. The Winner will be published on the ATC website (www.theATC.com.au) and social media pages on Thursday 19 October 2017. All entries become the property of the ATC. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is taken for late or misdirected entries. If the intended prize is unavailable for any reason, the ATC may substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value subject to any written directions given under applicable law. The Winner(s) of the Lucky Draw agrees to be available for at least two public appearances at the request of the ATC during the year following the date of the Lucky Draw. If for any reason the Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned (including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the ATC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the ATC will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Lucky Draw.
