Ms. Maryka and Ms. Summer Teacher’s Note We are looking for volunteers to help in the Ruby classroom. We are looking for cleared volunteers to help with Spelling Tests, Reading with students, and Sight Word Testing. Pizza Lunch CMP EG@EG will now offer Pizza lunch on Thursdays. Proceeds will be going to the Elk Grove Campus teachers to support their travel expenses and purchasing of materials at the American Montessori Conference. This is an amazing opportunity for your teachers to learn more about Montessori philosophy and teaching strategies. Please use the order form located on our class page to place a pizza order. The meal is $3 and includes one slice of cheese pizza and an orange.
Gratitude Feast The Gratitude Feast is Friday, November 18th from 11:45-1:45PM at the Elk Grove Site. This event is a community potluck. Sign up outside our classroom to bring food, non-food items, and/or help with the event. Each student is invited to bring 1 adult (18 and over) to the feast. All guests should arrive by 11:30AM on Friday, November 18th and check in at the office for a visitor’s badge. Please return your RSVP slip to Ms. Maryka by Wednesday, November 16th.
