Sewing 1. Select two 2 ½" x 28" (6.35cm x 71.12cm) strips of the same fabric and place RST. Sew both long edges using a narrow 1⁄8" (.317cm) seam to make a tube for the Ruffle. Turn right side out with seams at top and bottom; press. Find center and mark with a pin. Finished Ruffle should measure 2 ¼" x 28" (5.715cm x 71.12cm). Repeat to make a total of seven Ruffles using the remaining 2 ½" x 28" (6.35cm x 71.12cm) matching strips.
