RUSH WISCONSIN TEAM DESCRIPTION 2003 (U15) Girls Black (Born January 1, 2003 – December 31, 2003)

TEAM FOCUS The goal is to have 16 - 18 players on the roster. The game format is 11 vs. 11 on a full size field. While this is the top team at the age group it is important to note, at the younger age groups, Rush promotes a lot of age group interaction between teams, both in training and in games, when appropriate. The goal at these age groups is to accelerate development and help players’ transition into their high school program. The focus at this age group continues to be developing individual ability while teaching basic team organization roles and responsibilities. Players are challenged to think through situations that the game presents and make appropriate decisions.
