Materials Solutions were prepared in extra dry dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) (Acros, 99.7%) using CsBr (Aldrich, 99.999%), CsI (Aldrich, 99.9%), PbBr2 (Aldrich ≥98%), PbI2 (TCI, 99%) precursors and mixed in the appropriate molar ratios for the CsPb(BrxI1-x)3 target composition.
