Following the success of this program in Brisbane in October 2016, AIM bring the Leadership Matters Conference to Melbourne in 2017. SETTING STRATEGY STEPHANIE ASHER FAIM

ETHICAL LEADERSHIP PROF ROBERT WOOD

Stephanie Asher FAIM is Managing Director of The Geelong Consulting Group, a professional services consultancy based in Victoria’s southwest and servicing local, national and global clients. With more than two decades of corporate sector and government experience, Stephanie’s career history includes senior corporate affairs roles with BHP Billiton, GE Money, Yarra Valley Water and several Victorian local government organisations.

Robert Wood is a Professor at the Australian Graduate School of Management, Director of the Centre for Ethical Leadership and Honorary Professor at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience & Mental Health.

DEFINING CULTURE JEROME PARISSEBRASSENS Jerome Parisse-Brassens is the Asia Pacific Regional Director for Walking the Talk. He has over 25 years’ experience in change management, business improvement and strategy development. His key achievements include several large-scale culture and change initiatives for private and government organisations in Australia and in Europe. With his strong business drive, he focuses on the alignment of corporate culture with strategic intent.

Elaine Jobson FAIM is CEO of Jetts Australia and International. She is a fitness industry veteran, with 23 years’ experience working for a number of the large fitness brands in executive positions. Her roles have taken her all over the globe, including Asia, Europe, South Africa and now Australia. She is best known for teaming up with well-known industry entrepreneurs including Mike Balfour OBE, Founder of Fitness First, Sir Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group and now Brendon Levenson, owner of Jetts Fitness.

His prior appointments include Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Western Australia and visiting Professor at the Kellogg School, Northwestern University. Robert completed his PhD in organisational psychology at the University of Washington (Seattle) and undertook post-doctoral studies at Stanford University Psychology Department. Robert is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences - Australia, and various other academic associations, and currently sits on the Executive Boards of the Academy of Social Sciences Australia and the International Association of Applied Psychology.

NETWORKING IS WORKING PHILLIP JONES FAIM Phillip Jones FAIM, is Director of Two-Degrees Group. He is is a strategic advisor and guest speaker who provides bespoke consulting services on leadership, facilitation, workplace culture and professional relations drawing on his wide professional experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He is also the Canberra region representative for Australia's leading fine art auction house, Mossgreen where he helps clients bring fine collectables to market with discretion. He serves on the ACT Regional Advisory Committee for the Australian Institute of Management in Canberra, and is a judge for the ACT Region Tourism Awards and was a National Networking Day Ambassador for AIM.
