Summer conditioning is daily and all football players are encouraged to attend ONE session per day to ensure that they are physically prepared for the football season. Attendance is taken and rewards are given at the end of the summer based on commitment Both sessions are identical – it does not matter which you attend, and you should only attend one each day Sessions will be conducted by a combination of Salem coaches + Total Performance coaches

Freshman Players For the first two weeks of summer (June 20th – July 1st) incoming freshman should ONLY attend the night session listed below. These two weeks will be dedicated to teaching technique/safety and preparing the players for our strength program. Once we return on Monday, July 11th, all freshman should refer to the “Daily Schedule” above.

Scheduled Days OFF This year we are scheduling days off (zero football activity) in the summer ahead of time for family planning. Below are the dates:
