PREPARATION: 1.
Start by grilling the chili peppers and tomatillos until charred.

When they are soft and charred, slice the chili peppers open and remove all the seeds from the inside.

Transfer chili peppers, tomatillos, and cilantro to a food processor, and process into a smooth salsa.
