2016 Water Softener Salt Sales Information Attached you will find the order blank needed for our 2016 Water Softener Salt Sales Fundraiser. This fundraiser is VERY important for our program, and we would like all High School Baseball Players to do their part and sell as many bags as possible. Feel free to make as many copies of the order form as needed. Players should add their name, address, and phone number to the top of the order form in the designated area.

Player / Parent meeting with Coach at the High School. Salt Sales Order Forms will be distributed. Forms will also be on the website. START SELLING RIGHT AWAY!!
Saturday, April 9th
GRAND SLAM SATURDAY – 8:30 am-Noon All players will meet at Buffalo Middle School, Tech Ed Room, Door #5. We will team-up and sell salt around the Buffalo area. Pizza to follow.

Players should TURN IN ORDERS AND MONEY at BCMS at Grand Slam: Players should bring all orders and money on April 9th in order to qualify for the incentives.

SALT DELIVERY DAY Pick up salt between 7:00 – 11:00 AM from Buffalo Cub Foods (south side of Cub) and deliver to your customers. Players that had small orders will be assigned to go with a bigger seller to help deliver. Players will be assigned to help load at Cub. Plan on working until all deliveries are made.
**Players should pick up their salt between 7:00 – 11:00 am. If you have a schedule conflict, it is PLAYER responsibility to make arrangements for pickup. Questions regarding Delivery Day, call Suzie at 763-639-6809

Start Selling RIGHT AWAY. Get the payment at the time of the order. Checks should be made out to “THE DIAMOND CLUB”. Turn in money and order forms April 9th. This is the last day to turn in your outside order forms. You can sell in person, make phone calls, drop the form in a customer door, or email the form. However, do not place the order form in US Mail boxes. This is illegal. PLAYERS fill out the top section of the order form with player name, address, and phone number. Customers must complete the order form entirely. We NEED their name, address, city, phone numbers. STRESS to your customers that WE DELIVER. Most people don’t like to carry salt down to their basements, and when they buy salt from us, we deliver it. If you sold salt last year, contact previous customers. They will order again. While in that neighborhood, contact more of the neighbors. This makes for easier deliveries. Feel free to make out your own cover sheets to staple to your order forms. Delivery day Expectations: It is recommended to have pickups and trailers for delivery. Each player will deliver their orders. Players with small orders will be assigned to help those with large orders. Information will be sent to the players with more details the week of delivery.
