C. Surcharge To offset the July 2016 increase in the Recycled Water Wholesale Rate from South Bay Water Recycling, as required by Section 792.5 of the Public Utilities Code, an increase in recycled water wholesale rates of $178.00 /acre-foot, relative to the recycled purchase water costs adopted by D.16-06-004, and associated revenue increase of $0.4102 per 100 cu.ft. D. Surcharge To amortize the under-collection in the 2016 GRC Interim Rates Memorandum Account, a surcharge of $0.1728 per 100 cu.ft is to be added to the Quantity rate shown over the balance of the rate case cycle beginning with the effective date of Advice Letter 492. II.

WELL SUPPLY A well user is defined as a customer of the Santa Clara Valley Water District who procures his/her non-potable supply from an on-site well. The service charge for well users will be in accordance with the following schedule: A.
