San Mateo AYSO Region 36 How to Register as a Referee 1. Log into your account at www.aysosm.org. Be sure to use your userid and password from previous seasons, otherwise you will have to re-enter new data and your old AYSO ID number will be lost. If you are new, create a new account.
2. Once you log in, you will see the screen below. Click on the “Volunteer” tab on the left side of the screen

San Mateo AYSO Region 36 3. You will see the screen below. Click on the green “Find Volunteer Roles” to the right of the screen under the shopping cart and bell.
4. You will see the screen below. Click “Show More” words at the bottom of the screen.

San Mateo AYSO Region 36 5. You will see the screen below. Choose “Volunteer Registration – MY18” by clicking on the “Select” box to the right.
6. The “Select” box will turn green. Click “View Available Positions” to continue.

San Mateo AYSO Region 36 7. You will see the screen below. Scroll down until you see “Referee” or whatever position you are volunteering for and click on the appropriate “Sign Up” box for your position.
8. The “sign Up” box will turn green. Click “Continue” to continue.

San Mateo AYSO Region 36 9. You will see the screen below. Your name should already be selected. Click on it if you are selected. If you are volunteering another family member to referee, select their name, instead. Click “Continue” to continue.
10. You will see the screen below. Carefully fill out all the required information then submit the application. YOU ARE NOT DONE YET!

12.Review your online application, then scroll to the middle of the application and eSign your form, being sure to click the appropriate boxes.
