You are required to provide supervision at all times. To ensure their safety and the safety of others, kids are not permitted to run around the facilities at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions What is the format of the party and how long will it go? Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the party’s commencement, so you can ensure the setup is correct and confirm any specific arrangement with our staff. We require one adult to supervise each group in the party. People can head straight out to play minigolf. 18 holes of mini golf will typically take 50 minutes. Afterwards you can use the designated party area for the remainder of the party. Please vacate the party area by the designated time, so that our staff can clean the room and prepare for the next party. When do I have to confirm final numbers? Your party booking via www.playz.com.au will be for a minimum of 10. We will require a firm number no later than 3 full days prior to the birthday or group party. In the case of weekend parties, please confirm numbers with us by Thursday morning. The final costing for the party will be based on this confirmed number or the actual number on the day, whichever is higher. What are the supervision requirements? Please consider the supervision requirements as set out by the State of Victoria. Children under the age of 10 will require an adult supervising each group of 4. To ensure their safety and the safety of others, kids are not permitted to run around the facilities at any time. Can I bring additional things to the party? Feel free to bring any additional food or party accessories including the birthday cake, candles or lolly bags. We can organise a cake for you but

this needs to be ordered in advance. Unfortunately, to meet health and OH&S standards, we are unable to heat any food or provide access to our kitchen facilities. What happens if it rains on the day of the party? If there is only light or intermittent rain on the day of your party, Sandy Mini Golf will be open and play can start/continue once the rain has stopped. If there is heavy rain or bad weather forecasted, please contact us as early as possible (by 5pm on the day before the party) to discuss the options. In the event that the party does not proceed due to bad weather, we will either reschedule the party to another time or refund your deposit. For late cancellation, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. When do I pay for the party? The cost for the party is payable at the time of the booking via www.playz.com.au. Additional costs will apply if the actual number on the day is higher than the confirmed number. Do supervising adults have to pay? If the supervising adult is not playing Mini Golf, they will not need to pay. However, we are happy to open a tab for you and provide supervising adults with food and drinks from our Café. What other optional extras are on offer? We can provide a cake and we can provide a hostess for up to one hour, both for an additional surcharge. Please discuss all optional extras, for example hitting balls on the range as well, with our friendly staff at the time of booking.
