Refunds will be considered if the event secretary is notified prior to the event and followed up with a written doctor’s, farrier or vet certificate verifying reason for withdrawal- Entry Fees and Yard Fees will be returned but online fee non-refundable All riders must supply a Jump Judge or Specific Job Help when entering – or rider will be put forward to do the job Camping and Yards available – Yards $5 per night CONDITIONS: 1 Competition run under NZPCA rules and ESNZ Rules for Eventing as Guidelines 2 Approved tagged safety helmets must be worn (red tag) 3 Long Sleeves must be worn for both jumping phases for Pony Club Aged Children – 25 Years and over may wear shoulder covering tops for Cross Country – (Jackets for Dressage and Showjumping) 4 Back Protectors/Safety Vests MUST be worn for Cross Country Phase. Air Vests must be used with a Back Protector 5 Gear Checks will be Compulsory for : Led Rein, First Ridden, Intro, Pre Training and all levels Cross Country – Gear Checks will be random for all other classes for Dressage and Show jumping 6 The Cross Country Course Will be open for walking from 1pm Saturday 24th March 7 Prize Giving will be unmounted at the conclusion of the event – Area Trialists to be mounted. 8 Northland Area Pony Club does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, rider’s spectators, vehicles, their contents or any other personal property in any way. 9 The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or change classes and the program 10 Dogs are allowed on the park MUST be on a led at all times and NOT LEFT in vehicles

Northland Area will not tolerate any Abuse of any Horse/Pony or Person’s will not be tolerated this will result in elimination of rider or the rider associated with the abuser, you will be asked to leave the grounds immediately!! Please remove all rubbish, tape, Hay and manure from around trucks
