Saturday July 25th * 1:00pm Open to all Putnam County Youth & Adults 4-H Membership not required to enter! How to enter: 1. Fill out the registration form at the bottom of this page & return to CCE office by or before July 17th 2. The cost is $10 per cupcake category—you may only enter ONE cupcake per category—Everyone must bring 3 cupcakes per category for judging. PLEASE NOTE: There must be at least 3 entrants per cupcake category or category will be cancelled ◊ Best Tasting Cupcake ◊ Best Decorated Cupcake ◊ Most Original Cupcake 3. Cupcake check-in is Saturday July 25th at 12:45 pm in front of the Power Of Youth stage—Rain location: Youth Exhibit Building 4. Mark the bottom of all your cupcakes with name and category number 5. One trophy will be given per category and age group 6. All judging is final.
