Preparation How to Make the Bread 1. Sift bread flour and bread improver together. Add yeast and mix them in the mixer using a hook beater at minimum speed. 2. Mix water, sugar and salt. Pour them into the mixer and change speed to medium. Wait approximately 10 minutes for the ingredients to blend together. Add Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine. Continue beating for about 15 minutes until the ingredients are fully combined. Add in pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and cooked black sesame seeds. Continue mixing until the dough is smooth. Then, allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces of 30 g. Knead them into circular sheets, allow them to rest for 10 minutes and knead to flatten them again. Then, put them on a tray coated with shortening and leave them to rise until double in size. Decorate with sausages and the prepared vegetable topping. 3. Before baking, spray water onto the surface of the dough and decorate by drawing thick lines with Best Foods SE Bakery Mayonnaise. Then, bake them in the oven at 250°C or 480°F until they are done. How to Make the Topping 1. Rinse, peel and cut vegetables into slanted bars of about 1.5-2 inches. 2. Add clean water into a pot. Boil the water, add salt and boil the vegetables until they are cooked. Scoop them out and wash with very cold water. Then, rest them on a sieve to dry. 3. Put a saucepan on the stove at high heat. Once heated, add Best Foods Butter Flavoured Margarine. When the margarine melts, add the boiled vegetables and quickly stir fry. Add Knorr Aromat, stir to mix them together and remove the saucepan from the stove. Tips • Cook black sesame seeds until they are aromatic.
