SAY HELLO TO 2016 Wow – that was quite a year! Not only did it fly by but we established new records in nearly every category of sales in the North Shore real estate market. Certainly in the 24 years that I have been in the industry, 2015 was like no other year I’ve experienced. The continuing flow of foreign money from Iran & China entering our market has forced prices up to new highs. In fact, foreign investment has been the main reason I believe prices are up in virtually every area in the Lower Mainland and the new property assessments are reflecting this.
