Conference Speakers
Pastor Richard C. Barcellos Richard is the pastor of Grace Reformed Baptist Church in Palmdale, CA. He has been involved in directly planting a church and helping three other churches get planted. Pastor Rob Cosby Rob is a member of the ARBCA Home Missions Committee, and the pastor of Tucson Reformed Baptist Church, a church he was sent to plant in 2011. Pastor Bob Curley Bob is the chairman of the ARBCA Home Missions Committee, and one of the pastors of Emmanuel Reformed Baptist Church in Georgetown, TX. He has been involved in three church plants. Pastor Steve Marquedant Steve is pastor of Sovereign Grace Baptist Church in Ontario, CA, where he has served as a pastor for almost 35 years. His church was the sending church for Jeff Massey in the planting of a church in Redlands, CA. Pastor Jeff Massey Jeff is the pastor of Redeemer Reformed Baptist Church of San Bernardono, CA, a church he was sent to plant in 2013. Pastor John Miller John is a member of the ARBCA Home Missions Committee, and pastor of Covenant Baptist Church of Clarksville, TN, one of four churches he has been involved in planting.
