1/8 yard Black/Grey Dots (Y0294-7) 1/4 yards Black/Orange Dots (Y0294-3) 1/3 yard Orange/Black Dots (Y0294-36) 1/8 yard Rust/Orange Dots (Y0294-37) 2/3 yd or length of one panel (Y0296-3) 2/3 yard Black Cobweb (Y0298-3) 1/3 yard Orange Cobweb (Y0298-36) 2/3 yard Yellow Cobweb (Y0298-9) 1/3 yard Green Cats (Y0300-24) 5/8 yard Black Spiders (Y0301-3) 1 yard Backing of your choice
Quilt Center 1. Referring to the color photo, lay out your house, roof, chimney, and moon shapes on to the 20-1/2" x 24-1/2" Black Cobweb rectangle and appliqué in place using your preferred method. 2. Add the roof and chimney images and appliqué them in place. 3. Add the stairs, windows, door and bat and appliqué in place. Borders 1. Place a 2-1/2" Orange/Black Dot square on top of a 2-1/2" Green Cat square and sew across it diagonally. Trim to within 1/4" of the seam and press. Repeat for a total of 48 half-triangle squares. Diagram 1 Diagram 1 2. Sew 12 of the half-triangle squares together as shown and sew this border to the side of the quilt top. Repeat for the other side. Diagram 2 3. Repeat step 2 for the top and bottom zig-zag Diagram 2 borders. 4. Sew a 4-1/2" x 14-1/2" Black Spider rectangle to the top of the 4-1/2" x 14-1/2" Panel group of monsters and press. Sew this strip to the right side of the quilt top and press. 5. Sew a 4-1/2" x 7" Black Spider rectangle to the top of the 4-1/2" x 3" Panel eye ball rectangle and press. Then sew a 4-1/2" x 19-1/2" Black Spider rectangle to the bottom of this strip and press. Sew this strip to the left side of the quilt top. 6. Sew a 4-1/2" x 10" Black Spider rectangle to the right side of the 4 x 4-1/2" Panel pumpkin and sew a 4-1/2" x 18-1/2" Black Spider rectangle to the left side and press. Sew this strip to the top of the quilt. 7. Sew a 4-1/2" x 15-1/2" Black Spider rectangle to the right side of the Panel orange monster and a 4-1/2" x 8-1/2" Black Spider rectangle to the left side and press. Sew this strip to the bottom of the quilt. 8. Layer quilt top, batting and backing and quilt as desired. Add binding to the quilt.
Cut the Fabrics WOF = Width of Fabric LOF = Length of Fabric If you wish to turn the edges under on your appliqué pieces, add a ¼" seam allowance to the templates provided.

All templates will need to be increased by 400%. Templates are reversed for easier transfer to appliqué medium.
