Neighborhood Profile The District of Squamish is located in the southwest corner of British Columbia, just north of the Greater Vancouver metropolitan area and south of the resort community of Whistler. The city has a trade area of just over 20,000 people with a projected population of just under 27,000 people in the year 2026. Due to its proximity to the City of Vancouver and the Resort Municipality of Whistler, Squamish has the benefit of a small town environment, yet is still connected to the larger neighbouring trade markets.

Sea to Sky Retail Park

The retail component is the next phase of Sea to Sky Business Park, totalling 20 acres of land and bounded by Discovery Way and Commercial Way in Squamish, British Columbia. The site sits in the retail node of Central Squamish, adjacent to the Sea to Sky Highway (averaging 19,894 vehicles per day) which is the major north-south artery running through Squamish. At build-out, Sea to Sky Business Park will be 220,000 square feet and is at the heart of a rapidly growing commercial hub which is currently home to national big box retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot and Rona as well as Squamish Toyota and Coastal Ford Squamish. Phase 1 is under construction and will be ready for turnover in Fall 2017.
