COMMODORE BUILDING EXTERIOR WINDOW CAULKING/SEALANT REPLACEMENT Please be advised that Cental, Inc. will begin the exterior window caulking/sealant replacement of all Commodore Building Windows beginning the week of Mon., November 27, at approximately 8 a.m. Cental, Inc. plans to start on the North Elevation and to move “clockwise” after that. They anticipate this project to take approximately three to four (3-4) months to complete, weather permitting. Once they complete the exterior window caulking/sealant replacement at the Commodore Building, they will be moving to the Green Brier Building. Due to the type of work being performed, we request that you remove anything from your walls, especially near your windows, of value prior to this start date as the vibrations from this work may cause these items to fall off the wall and break. Neither the Association nor the company doing this work will be responsible for any personal items that may fall off walls, break, etc. Finally, while this work is being performed, we also request that you close your blinds, shades and/or curtains as this work is being completed around your unit windows.
