Here is the arrival information for your group for the event on
Saturday, March 21st v. New York City FC:
CO State Flag Carrier, Dick Sporting Goods Banner, Flag Kids, Flag Tunnel & Match Ball Delivery Thank you for organizing your group to attend the last Colorado Rapids Home Game. Your team has the unique opportunity to take part in our On-Field Experiences. To help ensure your team has a great time, please follow the instructions below for your activity. Meeting Instructions: Please meet OUTSIDE Gate H at 1:00PM A Rapids Account Executive will meet your group at Gate H (see map on second page). The staff will then lead the participants inside the stadium and down to the field to stage for the event. Anyone not participating in the event can go inside the stadium and head to their seats. Once the event is done the group will be directed to their seats in the stadium. Anyone late will NOT be allowed to participate!! Game Day Checklist Make sure each member of your group receives a copy of this sheet. Have each participant fill out a waiver form before showing up (attached to email). The adults can fill out the child’s waiver form. Chaperones will need waivers as well (adult waiver attached) Tickets will be scanned when you enter the stadium at Gate H so please have them handy.
The group will go inside the Gate at 1:15PM sharp so please be on time!
Please allow enough time to travel, park, and enter the stadium. Due to strict time constraints on game day, no one arriving late will be permitted to access the field level.
