Led by PMFS faculty members Dawn Aparin and Courtney Qamar, campers will enjoy a different theme each week, have fun indoors and out, and make a splash with water play, all on our beautiful campus. Taking place in The Little House, Seedlings Camp is limited to 14 campers each week.

Plymouth Meeting Friends School Seedlings Camp Policies & Information
Seedlings Camp At Seedlings Camp, campers will enjoy a different theme each week, have fun indoors and out and enjoy water play. Seedlings Camp will have 5 1-‐week sessions (June 29-‐July 3, July 6-‐10, July 13-‐17, July 20-‐24, and July 27-‐31). Seedlings Camp runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am-‐3:30pm. Pick up time is by 3:30pm in The Little House. Late pick up fees may apply. Snack and Lunch A healthy snack is included daily. Seedlings bring their own packed lunch each day. Age and Eligibility PMFS current and newly-‐enrolled students who are ages 3-‐5 are eligible to attend PMFS Seedlings Camp. (PMFS must have a completed 2015-‐16 Enrollment Contract for n ewly-‐enrolled students in order for them to be eligible to attend.) Seedlings Camp enrollment is limited to 14 children per week. Children must be age 3 by June 1 and be potty trained. In regards to potty training, staff understands that occasional accidents may occur. If, however, an accident becomes a regular pattern and compromises staff ability to effectively implement the program, PMFS reserves the right to dismiss campers at its discretion without refund. Fees and Payment The camp fee is $325 per child for each week. A non-‐refundable deposit of one half (½) the total amount due is required for registration. Full payment must be received by June 1, before campers are permitted to attend camp. Checks should be made payable to Plymouth M eeting Friends School, Seedlings Camp. Families who prefer to pay via credit card may call Jackie in the PMFS Business Office at 610.828.2288 x233; credit card payments are subject to a service fee. Registration Policy A non-‐refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of camp registration. Final, non-‐refundable payment is due on or before June 1. If the b alance is not received by the deadline, PMFS cannot guarantee placement. Spots are filled as registrations are received until camp weeks reach capacity of 14 students. Thereafter, registrants will b e put on a waiting list. Late registration (after June 1) is dependent upon available space; late registration must be accompanied by full payment. Cancellation for any reason before June 1 will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. After June 1, cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees. All PMFS rules and policies apply, according to the PMFS Red Book: School Handbook and Directory. Any camper who is involved in wrongful behavior that raises significant concerns may be subject to dismissal and forfeiture of payment. Enrollment Enrollment is limited to 14 campers per week, with a minimum enrollment of 6 campers per week. PMFS reserves the right to cancel a camp week if minimum enrollment is not met, in which case camp fees for that week would be refunded. Student Information PMFS refers to the Student information Form on file for each student. In addition, families will complete a Seedling Camper Info Form, to be completed after registration.
