Welcome to Awana 2017-2018. Come register your clubbers in the gym and prepare to learn about The Ultimate Superhero! Calling all leaders! Make plans to join us for our annual training event. We will be meeting from 1:00-4:30 p.m. Sparks Parent’s Informational Night (Ed. Bldg. Chapel). This is your opportunity to experience club, meet your clubber's director and get the inside dossier on the upcoming Awana year. This is a meeting for the Club Leadership only. Cubbie Parent’s Informational Night (Ed. Bldg. Chapel). This is your opportunity to experience club, meet your clubber's director and get the inside dossier on the upcoming Awana year. T&T Parent’s Informational Night (Ed. Bldg. Chapel). This is your opportunity to experience club, meet your clubber's director and get the inside dossier on the upcoming Awana year. Kids bring loose change to compete against other clubs…pennies/bills add to club points; silver coins subtract from competing clubs. All funds donated go to Awana Global Outreach. Last week to give is Oct. 25th. Leaders join us for a refreshing time at Bethel Baptist Church of Yorktown. Gear up for the year with new resources and encouragement for ministering to your clubbers. Bring a friend to Awana so they can join you in learning about our Ultimate Superhero, and don’t forget to dress in your superhero outfit. Leaders and families are invited for fellowship after the PM service. All points earned throughout the night will be doubled. Join us tonight dressed as your favorite Christian hero from the past as we celebrate God’s faithfulness to the saints of the past. Which club will win the Penny Wars? Tasty treat for the victorious. It’s the season of Thanksgiving, and we want to show our gratefulness for God’s provision. Please bring canned and dried goods for Grace Supplies to bless those in need this holiday season. This is a meeting for the Club Leadership only. Come dressed in your best pilgrim or Indian outfit ready to enjoy some yummy pancakes.

Thanksgiving Break [No Awana Club] Create your own superhero call symbol and tape it to a flashlight to Flash Light/Call Symbol Night share with everyone at Awana during opening ceremonies. This is an opportunity for the clubbers to use their saved points for buying gifts for family and friends and rewarding themselves for their hard work during the first part of the year. Each club will have their own celebration focused on Christmas.

Practice held 1/27, 2/3, 10, 24, & 3/3 Colonial's Annual Business Meeting [No Awana Club] Super Hero Drive-in Movie Night Bring your best superhero car made out of a box to sit in for watching our drive-in movie where popcorn and lemonade will be served. The Flash Stacker Night Come check out the challenging game of Speed Stacks during Game Time…how fast can you up-stack and down-stack? The Super Duper Valentine Create and bring your biggest and best Valentine to share with the elderly at Willow Creek Retirement Center. We will celebrate the Ultimate Valentine given to us by Christ our Savior. Regional Bible Quiz (Tentative) T&T Bible Quiz competition Director & Secretary Meeting This is a meeting for the Club Leadership only. Incredible Edible Cookie Night Come enjoy a delicious cookie snack during Game Time! Crazy Sock Night How many socks can you wear and in how many ways can you wear them? Surprise us all with your craziest sock attire. March Madness Begins! T&T clubbers will compete to put the NT Books of the Bible in order. Single elimination rounds. Final Four will compete on 3/28. Regional Sparks-a-Rama & Teams from CBC will compete against other local churches.
