Implement a city-wide Rideshare system to allow for connections between the identified Corridors.

Circulators

Include circulator routes as part of overall system to move people within dense areas and facilitate movement from parking lots to destinations. The preferred service is flexible, demand-based and utilizes the latest technology. • Recommended Locations: Entertainment District,

Downtown/UTA, Parks Mall/Highlands

Multi-Modal Centers Include multi-modal centers as part of the overall system where users can transfer between modes and where enhanced economic development opportunities may arise. Recommended Locations: Entertainment District, as well as other locations where operationally efficient.



Take a citizen-centric approach when developing the detailed transportation plan based upon these recommendations



Incorporate innovative, emerging technology



Support proposed high speed rail and develop a transportation system that accommodates a future station
