Teacher: Melissa Meader Do you have a wonderful new serger or one that’s been sitting unused? Come and learn the basics of threading your machine, checking tension, and adjusting stitches. When this class is over, you’ll be completely comfortable with your machine. Plan to read the manual before class, and make sure your serger is in good working order.

Extra needles for your serger (size 12 universal will work great) Scissors, regular size Small scissors for clipping threads Fray-Check seam sealant Blank notebook paper and pen Pen that will write on fabric (a Sharpie would be fine)
If we have time, we will also be making some quick serger projects. I will have the supply lists for those projects with me at the first class. Recommended book for the class Successful Serging by Beth Baumgartel
