Serviced Office Accommodation At CCC Clare Charity Centre is conveniently located between Aylesbury and High Wycombe in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. There is ample on-site parking and access to bus and train transport under 5 minutes away. It is 40 minutes by train to London Marylebone or 10-15 minutes by car to the M40 junctions 4 & 5. The site opening hours are 07:30 to 19:30, Monday—Friday, and outside of these hours by arrangement. Clare Charity Centre also has: Out of hours CCTV and PIR surveillance. Personal security access cards to ensure only Tenant staff can enter Tenant areas. A collaborative environment owed to the collective engagement of Tenants.
