SESSION INFORMATION ACCESS FOOTBALL: An engaging and enjoyable session. Turn up and play, and have a kick about at Chamberlayne Leisure Centre, with two sessions available in one day. Term Time Only.

DOG WALK: Join our friends ‘Capable Creatures’ who are holding health walks accompanied by dogs every 4th Tuesday of the month, at 11:45am, meeting outside The Hawthorns Urban Wildlife Centre, on Southampton Common.

ALL-SPORTS: Based at Chamberlayne Leisure Centre, you name the sport and we can play it! This session involves a range of different sports and activities available all in one session.

HAMPSHIRE CRICKET: A fun, interactive and adaptable cricket session at Bitterne Leisure Centre for all abilities.

ARCHERY: A very social and inclusive sport. It builds upper body strength, helps with hand and finger flexibility, and improves hand-eye coordination, takes place at Woodmill Outdoor Activity Centre. ATHLETICS (WAY AHEAD ATHLETICS CLUB): Join Way Ahead Athletics Club on the Athletics track at the Outdoor Sports Centre. This session forms part of the Special Olympics Solent network where athletes are able to develop and compete in competition regionally and nationally, however anyone of any ability is welcome. BADMINTON: Based at Bitterne Leisure Centre, this session involves badminton-based skills and games in a social and friendly atmosphere. BOAT TRIP: We are a working with ‘Solent Dolphin’ to bring you a boat trip to Southampton Water in the M/V ALISON MacGREGOR,. The boat holds up to 12 people of all ages, including permanent wheel-chair users. Call 02380 848774 to book. BREATHABILITY (NHS): This NHS session involves light and moderate aerobic exercise in order to improve respiratory health. Suitable for conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Asthma. CARDIO TENNIS: A fun, sociable tennis based group fitness class open to all abilities. DIVEABILITY: This session is based at The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex, one of only four High Performance Centres for diving in the UK. The scheme benefits from smaller teaching groups and a quieter pool than the mainstream lessons. DODGEBALL: Have a laugh as you throw, catch and dodge soft dodgeballs at Bitterne Leisure Centre. Guaranteed Fun! DONUTTING: Basically, it’s not complicated, you just fly down the slope on an inflatable ring. All equipment included. EASTLEIGH BOCCIA CLUB: Boccia is a target ball sport belonging to the same family as bowls. A Friendly, social and fun drop-in session for players of all abilities. EASTLEIGH DISABILITY SWIMMING: Swimming sessions for people with disabilities at Eastleigh’s Places Leisure Centre. For those recovering from illness or injury, have mental health difficulties or a physical or learning disability - and would like to swim. Join us every week for exclusive access to both the main and learner pools. All ages and abilities are welcome. Companion or carer also welcome to swim. This friendly and social session set at Testlands Hub is open to all abilities and brings together day care facilities from all across the Solent Region. FLAG FOOTBALL: American Football meets Tag Rugby! Join us as the Outdoor Sports Centre to play Flag Football, the non-contact version of American Football. Inclusive and fun. FOOTBALL & PENALTY SHOOTOUT: Take part in our fun football and penalty shootout session on one of our multi-purpose pitches at the Outdoor Sports Centre. FUN-FIT ABILITY: A chance to socialise with local young people in Warsash and the surrounding areas.. A mixture of group multisport and skill games irrespective of ability.

HURRICANES RUGBY CLUB: A club for young people and adults with learning difficulties that meets on Sunday mornings at Eastleigh Rugby Club. MARTIAL ARTS: In cooperation with MKG UK Martial Arts Academy in Totton, this inclusive session uses the practice of martial arts skills to encourage participants to be physically active. Non-contact session and all abilities welcome. MULTISPORTS: Set at Thornden School’s Sports Hall in Chandlers Ford. This session offers the chance to try out a variety of different sports in a safe and secure environment, where the emphasis is on having fun. All abilities, ages 16 – 21. STRENGTH & STABILITY (NHS): Doing regular strength, balance and coordination exercises can improve your postural stability, strength and balance. This class is an NHS evidence-based programme, which is proven to help individuals reduce their risk of falling. NHS NEUROFIT: This is a class for those with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, stroke, cerebral palsy and brain injury. NHS physiotherapists support this in order to develop the best possible exercise class. This class is open to anybody who is able to walk, stand and take a few steps with support. OPEN ACCESS SWIMMING: Wake up with a splash on a Monday morning. Based at the Quays, there are two lanes in the Main Pool available at your leisure. Carer(s) free entry. PADDLEABILITY: This is a programme exists to give everyone the chance to canoe or kayak regardless of their ability. These engaging, fun and rewarding sessions take place at Woodmill Outdoor Activities Centre and are adapted to suit each participant’s needs. PENGUINS SWIM: Accessible swimming facilities are available to make the experience enjoyable. The pool is equipped with a hoist; purpose built steps for ease of access and disabled changing facilities accessible by using a radar key equipped with shower and locker facilities. SPECIAL OLYMPICS BOCCIA: In affiliation with ‘Special Olympics Solent’ there are opportunities to develop and take TENPIN BOWLING: In association with Hollywood Bowl, we can offer 3 hours of affordable fun and healthy competition. It’s an open session, no need to book, just turn up and bowl and enjoying a social get-together. Term Time Only . TRAMPOLINING: In association with Flip Out, the UK’s leading trampoline park operator, join in with a session of bouncy and healthy fun. WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL: Hosted by Hampshire Harriers Wheelchair Basketball Club at Oasis Academy Mayfield. A friendly club and new players are always welcome. As well as providing an active team sport, there are the added opportunities to improve fitness, health, rehabilitation, and weight management, plus a new social scene. Free taster session. WHEELCHAIR RUGBY: Hosted by Team Solent Sharks at St Mary’s Leisure Centre, a community wheelchair rugby club. Training, competitions and skills. All abilities welcome and all equipment provided.
