Setting Up Your HomeAgain Account Thank you for having your pet microchipped! Microchipping greatly increases the chance of your pet being returned home should he or she become lost. When your pet was microchipped at the clinic we registered the unique microchip number with HomeAgain for you. You do however need to make an account with HomeAgain. The screenshot below will walk you through the process. Start by going www.homeagain.com Below is the page you’ll be taken to.
With your pet’s microchip number handy, (this number can be found on the yellow house shaped tag or the stickers provided at time of microchipping) click on Check Your Status
After clicking Check Your Status you’ll be taken to the microchip look up page. Enter your pet’s microchip number and then click Check Membership Status

The next page will tell you that your pet is enrolled*. Here is where you will start setting up your HomeAgain account, click Create an Online Account.
*If this page says your pet is not enrolled, please wait 24-48 hours and check again. If after this time it is still telling you the pet is not enrolled and Evans Family Pet Care did the microchipping, give us a call.
From here enter the required information and click Sign Up. You’ll be given access to your account where you can update your address, phone numbers, add alternate contacts etc.
That’s it, your account and pet’s enrollement are setup for the life of your pet. Remember one year after initial registration HomeAgain will send you a bill. This bill does NOT have to paid. It is for the extra coverages only and will NOT affect your pet’s microchip registration. Only pay this bill if you’d like to keep the extra’s.
