Conclusion The shifting talent flow from law firms to corporations and vendors will continue to have an important impact on our industry and cause a mild disruption. Economics 101 will continue to rule the day in 2013 as the demand for talent will exceed supply for the 8th year in a row across all three silos - law firms, corporations and vendors thus continuing to increase salaries and compensation. We project a 15 percent increase in the demand for talent and a 5 to 7 percent increase in compensation. The real winners in 2013 will be the same as in 2012, experienced project managers with Relativity and/or predictive coding experience.
