Sew Technique Club Supply list February 2016 Heirloom Panel We will be making fabric using our heirloom stitches—-then in March we will be using our fabric to make one or more projects. BRING TO CLUB: Sewing machine with power cord and foot control**  Accessories---that came with your machine**  Any extra feet for your machine---like Pintucking foot that takes 1.6/80 or 2.0/80 Twin needle**; 1/4” foot**; Gathering foot**; Adjustable Zipper**; Open toe foot** 

FABRIC:  

1 yd. of any type of natural fiber fabric such as—-baste, cotton, linen, rayon or silk 1 yd. or more of a variety of piping, laces, eyelet laces and ribbons

Needles:   

Schmetz Sharp size 75/11** Schmetz Hemstitch size 120/90** Schmetz Twin needle size 1.6/80 or 2.0/80**

Threads:  

2 spool 60wt. Mettler cotton thread** DMC hand embroidery thread for shadow work corded pintucks

Notions   

Small pair of scissors** Niffy Notions brass stiletto** or Alex Anderson’s 4 in 1 Essential Sewing Tool** Pen/pencil for taking notes
