Preparation Directions: 1. Sauté prawns and fish with 1tsp of margarine, remove from heat, cool it down, and once cold chopped those ingredients finely.

2. Sauté onion with 2tsp of margarine in a pan, add flour, stir well while adding Knorr Concentrated Chicken

Bouillon. Stir quickly with a wire whisk. Season with salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cook for about 15 minutes stirring continuously.

3. Remove the mix from the heat. Add beaten eggs. Arrange the mixture in a platter to let it cool.

4. Shape croquettes; coat them with beaten egg and breadcrumb.

5. Finally deep fry in a frying pan with olive oil.

Tip: Add 50ml of Knorr Pronto (Italian Tomato) and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the mix for a spiced twist.
