GRADE STUDENT WILL BE IN NEXT YEAR
Camp Information
Cost: $70 per camper $60 each if 2 sisters attend $150 (max) if 3 or more sisters attend
Cost is $80 after May 15

I waive and release the camp staff and Sheridan High School from any liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp. I have no knowledge of physical impairments that would be affected by the above named camper's participation at this camp.
