SHOOTOUT INFORMATION: Grace College Basketball Summer Shootouts are hosted on the beautiful campus of Grace College at the state of the art Manahan Orthopedic Capital Center (610 Wooster Rd) in Winona Lake, Indiana. SHOOTOUT DETAILS: All teams will receive a minimum of three (3) games throughout the day. School size and upcoming schedule will be taken into account when schedule is comprised. GAME LENGTH: All games will be played on the hour and will be composed of two (2) eighteen (18) minute running clock halves. All halftimes will be four (4) minutes in length. The clock will only stop on any stoppage of play during the last two minutes of the game. All overtime periods will be two minutes in length, with the clock being stopped on all whistles. The second overtime period will be sudden death, with the first team to score declared the winner. TIMEOUTS & FREE THROWS: Each team will be allotted two (2) timeouts per game. One timeout will be awarded during any overtime period. The seventh foul will be awarded with 1-and-1 and the tenth team foul will be 2 shots. All shooting fouls will result in the appropriate number of free throw attempts. All technical, flagrant and intentional fouls will result in two free throws. LICENSED OFFICIALS: All games will be officiated by IHSAA licensed officials. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: The shootout will have a training staff on site to assist with injuries and other medical needs. SHOOTOUT FEES: The entry fee for each team will be $200. Schools with both a varsity and JV team entered can register both for $350. Make checks payable to Grace College Basketball. This fee will cover a minimum of three games. A maximum of twelve (12) players may participate in any contest. All teams must provide their own jerseys for players and provide their own basketballs for warmups.
