Conditions Show Jumping & Combined Training Winter Series 2016
1. Open to all riders of all ages 2. This winter series is run based on ESNZ rules; please check with the show secretary if you have any questions. 3. Abuse of any animal will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification. 4. Tielcey Park Limited reserves the right to refuse any entry, alter or cancel the programme, and combine classes 5. All classes will start promptly - please be ready to ride at your assigned time. 6. The judge’s decision is final – harassment of officials will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification and barring from further Tielcey Park shows. 7. Approved helmets are to be worn when mounted at all times 8. Late entries - if accepted – will incur a late entry fee of $10.00. per horse for c/t. 9. Show Jumping can be entered on the day – no late fee applies 10. Any protests must be submitted in writing along with a $50 protest fee. The secretary’s decision is final and this fee is non refundable. 11. For the safety of horses and as we have limited parking, all parking will be allocated. 12. We do not allow horses and ponies to be tied to trucks or floats in the main carpark close to the office (this is for safety reasons). To park in theklse areas you are required to book and pay for a yard or stable 13. Parking and stabling will be allocated by date of entry receipt. Please state float/truck size 14. Please check our website www.tielceyparkstables.co.nz from the Thursday before the show for the draw, and parking allocation. 15. Scratchings: Refund of full accommodation costs and entry fees if scratched by phone or email by 5pm the Friday before show AND confirmed in writing accompanied by doctor and/or veterinary/other equine practitioner certificate within one week after event. Show levy is non refundable. 18. Users enter the grounds at their own risk. 19. Tielcey Park Limited does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to ponies, horses, riders or any other persons or property including vehicles whatsoever 20. On completion and payment of entry it is assumed you have read and understood the above conditions. 21. Ribbons to 5th in all classes. 22. Show levy $15 per rider; non refundable in event of scratching. 23. Accommodation: Yards $10/night and day, day yards only - $5/day, superb stabling $20/day and night; overnight camping (includes showers and toilets) $10/person – max $30/truck/float/tent - please state dates required on entry form. 24. No Dogs - this will mean instant elimination.

Combined Training Fees Introductory $15.00 per class; Pre-training & Training $17.00 per class; Pre-Novice and Novice $19.00 per class. Championship Rosettes: The Winter 2016 series champion and reserve champion of each series class will be determined using the following calculations. Each combined training day points will be awarded in each class, 5points for 1st; 4points for 2nd; etc. Series points are awarded to combinations that complete both the dressage and showjumping phases at each event. Riders must attend the final day to collect their rosette; this can be mounted or unmounted.

All Show Jumping can be entered on the day but the late fee will apply. please report at the office for a parking allocation. Practise rounds start at 8.15am; and 40cm will start at 9.00am in ring 2 and the 70cm will start at 9am in ring one.
